ORDERING:

It is the customers responsibility to consult their contractor or ventilation specialist PRIOR to ordering to assure that the product will fit its intended application, as well as comply with the local building codes. 

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

  • Name, billing information, correct shipping address and phone number must be on file and confirmed by customer.

  • Customer must provide a valid Email address during the checkout process.

  • All orders are subject to verification and approval.

  • All approved orders will be accompanied by an E-mail confirmation from our secure payment server.

  • All shipped orders will be followed by an Email confirmation including tracking number(s) and shipping carrier contact information.

 

PAYMENT METHODS:

All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Expressas well asPayPal.

 

SHIPPING:

All items are shipped via FedEx Express or FedEx Freight depending on the size and weight of the Range Hood.  Freight shipments are sent to your nearest FedEx location.  Additional charges will apply for freight shipments delivered to your door.

 

RISK OF LOSS:

Once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier, we are no longer held directly responsible in the event that the package is lost or stolen. If the entire shipment is not received within 2 business days of the estimated delivery date from the shipper, please contact support@prolinerangehoods.ca immediately.  All claims MUST to be submitted within 14 days from the shipping date.

 

RETURN POLICY:

All ProLineRangeHoods.ca products are individually inspected to verify that they leave our facility in perfect condition prior to shipping.  

Customers MUST inspect the package(s) IMMEDIATELY upon delivery and test the item(s) for proper functionality for Guarantee to be in force.  Please note that you have a 14 day window to notify ProLineRangeHoods.ca from the date of delivery, of any damage or request to return.  

If shipping damage has occurred, ProLineRangeHoods.ca must be notified within 14 days from the date of reciept for a claim to be filed.  ProLineRangeHoods.ca will pay for the return shipping on damaged hoods once they have been approved. Damage claims will not be accepted after 14 days.  No exceptions.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Range Hood when it arrives, please contact us immediately, within 14 days from date of delivery to process a return or exchange.  You may contact us at support@prolinerangehoods.ca or call toll free 1-877-901-5530 Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00 MST (U.S. Holidays observed).  

All returns must have return authorization from ProLineRangeHoods.ca prior to shipment.

  • Shipping charges, customs, duties, brokerage fees, and HST are not refundable.

  • Special-order items or altered items cannot be returned.

  • Items must be received in the original securely sealed box with original packing protection, Styrofoam panels, accessories, hardware, chimney and instruction manual.

  • Items returned for a refund must be received in perfect condition, free from scratches, dents, or any other damage.

  • There are no refunds or exchanges on installed or used items.

FOR A DAMAGED RANGE HOOD RETURN:

Product must be inspected and tested immediately upon receiving to determine if any shipping damage has occurred.  Any damage must be reported within 14 days from date of receipt.  Do NOT install the Range Hood if it is damaged.  Damaged product will NOT be accepted for Return after 14 days.  No exceptions.

  1. To report damage call toll free 1-877-901-5530 Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:00 MST or email support@prolinerangehoods.ca.

  2. Email a picture clearly showing the damage with a detailed description along with your name, contact information and order number to support@prolinerangehoods.ca.

  3. Once your claim is approved, repackage the item using the original box and packing materials. Include all accessories, parts, chimney and hardware.

  4. ProLineRangeHoods.ca will arrange the damage return shipping with the original carrier.  (Depending on where you live, you may be required to take the package to the nearest designated shipping location as per the shipper).  Package must be picked up within the 14 day period or customer is deemed to have accepted the package.

  5. Upon receiving and inspecting your damaged item, you will either be sent a new replacement product or credited with a refund.

Credits for refunds are issued in the same manner the original purchase was made. Direct credits are issued to Debit or Credit Cards and PayPal accounts.  Shipping charges, customs, duties, brokerage fees, and HST are not refundable.

 

UNDAMAGED RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 14 DAYS

All returns or exchanges must have prior authorization from ProLineRangeHoods.ca before returning. DO NOT install the hood.  The product MUST be returned in new condition, free from scratches, dents or damage with all parts, chimney, accessories and hardware included. Please keep all packing materials and the original box, as it is required for return shipping. One undamaged exchange per purchase will be allowed.

  2. For exchanges, please include the model number and size of the new Range Hood you are exchanging your return for.

  3. Upon approval from ProLineRangeHoods.ca repackage the product using the original packing materials and box, include all accessories, parts, hardware and chimney.

  4. For undamaged returns, we are required to email you the return shipping label, and you are responsible for scheduling a pick up with FedEx (You can reach FedEx at 1-800-463-3339), or dropping your range hood off at your local FedEx location.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, you will either be issued a credit or have a new Range Hood shipped out to you. Depending on the value of the new Hood, you will be issued a credit for the difference or charged for the increased price.

UNDAMAGED RETURN OR EXCHANGE BETWEEN 15 - 30 DAYS

Any undamaged item returned after the 14 day Guarantee period but before 30 days will be accepted with a 20% restocking fee charged, customer pays for shipping and must insure the package.  Product must be received in perfect condition, free from scratches, dents, or any other damage.  Items must be received in the original securely sealed box with original packing protection, Styrofoam panels, accessories, hardware, chimney and instruction manual.

  2. For exchanges, please include the model number and size of the new Range Hood you are exchanging for.

  4. Customer assumes the responsibility of making return shipping arrangements, shipping charges and MUST INSURE the package.  If damage occurs during Return Shipping, customer will file the damage claim.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the product and find it to be in new condition, you will either be issued a credit or have a new Range Hood shipped out to you.  Your credit will reflect the 20% restocking fee.  Shipping charges, customs, duties, brokerage fees, and HST are not refundable.  Credits for refunds are issued in the same manner the original purchase was made. Direct credits are issued to Debit or Credit Cards and PayPal accounts.

NOTE:   Once an exchange or return is approved, the customer is responsible to have the product repackaged and available for pickup by the shipping carrier. Depending on where you live, you may be required to take the package to the nearest designated shipping location as per the shipper.  Package must be protected from the weather and in a secure location. If after 3 attempts, the carrier is unable to pickup the package, the customer will be responsible to arrange return shipping and must pay for all return shipping charges.

The customer has a maximum of 30 days to have the product picked up and returned. If the customer is unable or unwilling to return the product within that time frame, any return, exchange or refund will be denied. Direct Range Hoods is not responsible for damaged, missing, incorrect parts or orders after 30 days from date of receipt.
